Reservation Terms and Conditions

Thanks for your reservation at The Blind Phoenix.

The reservation lasts for an appointed amount of time, agreed to during the booking process.

At peak weekend times a £10 per head deposit is taken in order to secure the reservation. This is taken to ensure the guest's attendance and can be offset against their final bill.

Should the guest arrive more than 15 minutes late, their table may have been surrendered and the reservation lost. In this scenario the guest should make it known immediately, in writing to knockknock@theblindphoenix.com, citing the booking reference number. Failure to do so could result in the deposit being ultimately lost.

The deposit is non-refundable once a guest’s reservation time has passed.

A reservation deposit does not work in conjunction with any other offers, Terms and Conditions subject to change.

To reschedule your reservation, please email knockknock@theblindphoenix.com 48 hours in advance of the seating.

The Blind Phoenix reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
